Slidematic has a very strict, proactive gage-tracking program. All production gages are tested and/or certified at pre-determined intervals. All gage certifications are electronically available at any time.

Slidematic Precision Components is a cold header that will manufacture precision components to your specifications. Our size ranges are generally (but not limited to) .030 up to 1.625" diameters with lengths up to 13" with both single and multi die equipment. We are a "Value Added Manufacturer" meaning we offer much more than just the fastener itself. We offer warehousing programs, bin stocking, fastener distribution, secondaries such as drilling and tapping, outside services such as patching, consignment programs, automated status reporting and much more.
