EDI
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is the direct, application-to-application transmission of business documents such as purchase orders, invoices, planning reports, remittance advice and many others. The value of EDI is found in how it increases your company's productivity. EDI makes it possible to exchange data without ever re-keying the original transaction information stored in your computer files. By using EDI, your company can send business documents directly from your internal computer applications to your trading partner's computer system-without human intervention. EDI can thus reduce the delays and errors that accompany the manual processing of business documents. SLIDEMATIC uses the Sterling Commerce Network. For more information, see Sterling's web site at: http://www.stercomm.com.

EDI Alternatives
Slidematic has developed many alternatives to EDI:
We can work with you to exchange data via the Internet.
We can allow you direct access to our system.
We can email or fax reports.
We can furnish you with ASCII data.

Slidematic Precision Components is a cold header that will manufacture precision components to your specifications.  Our size ranges are generally (but not limited to) .030 up to 1.625" diameters with lengths up to 13" with both single and multi die equipment.  We are a "Value Added Manufacturer" meaning we offer much more than just the fastener itself.  We offer warehousing programs, bin stocking, fastener distribution, secondaries such as drilling and tapping, outside services such as patching, consignment programs, automated status reporting and much more.
