| Note: Click any image for a better view! New Facility We recently moved into a 150,000 SqFt manufacturing facility in Rockford, Illinois. Complementing our main manufacturing facility is a separate training facility and large steel storage facility. The main plant is fully air-conditioned and is very clean and organized. Room to Grow Slidematic is located on 30 acres, which will allow for future growth when needed. Heading Slidematic's heading capabilities include single and multi-die equipment. Our size ranges are generally (but not limited to) .030 up to 1.625" diameters with lengths up to 13". Rolling Our shop contains a variety of different thread rolling machines. This allows us to accommodate almost any type of part. Drilling/Secondaries We "add value" by offering these additional operations: Cross drilling, End drilling, Tapping, Shaving, Grinding, Machining, Assembling, Polybagging and More. Warehousing Our large organized warehouse stores your parts until you need them. All parts are tracked by lot number allowing us to know exactly where all parts are at all times.
